The Itinerary

The itinerary may be changed if it rains in the morning. We will swap indoor work for outdoor work.

You arrive on Day 1 and settle in and prepare for silence. We will discuss housekeeping and how the practicalities will work. This is a good time to air any worries about contact with the outside world, medications, timings, diet or anything else that may be playing on your mind in order to best prepare for the coming week. 

We will stick to a strong routine every day. A hand bell will be rung every time its time to shift into the next phase of the itinerary of the day, including meals. 

Your digital detox

You can chose to hand your phone to Katherine at the beginning of the retreat and I HIGHLY recommend this in order to receive the full power of the retreat. 

You can pass my number 07587422379 to close ones in case of an emergency. I have my phone with me all the time. 

If you need your phone for something very important then please delete your communication apps and just add them back at the end of the retreat. 

I will take photos of you with the horses and capture the magical moments and share them with you at the end. 

There are also maps in the house for walks.
