You can chose to hand your phone to Katherine at the beginning of the retreat and I HIGHLY recommend this in order to receive the full power of the retreat.

You can pass my number 07587422379 to close ones in case of an emergency. I have my phone with me all the time.

If you need your phone for something very important then please delete your communication apps and just add them back at the end of the retreat.

I will take photos of you with the horses and capture the magical moments and share them with you at the end.

There are also maps in the house for walks.

Please bring a little alarm clock or watch. I will ring a hand bell for wake up and all other time keeping alerts.
