**Day 1** – *Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel. Welcome meeting, festive dinner, and safety briefing.

**Day 2** – *Kathmandu Sightseeing*  

**Day 3** – *Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m)*  

**Day 4** – *Pokhara Exploration*  

**Day 5** – *Pokhara to Beni (910m)*  

**Day 6** – *Beni to Takam (1665m)*  

**Day 7** – *Takam to Moreni Village (2250m)*  Meet the horses. Daily treks, meditation, yoga and self development

**Day 8** – *Moreni to Jaljala Pass (3100m)*  

**Day 9-14** – *Jaljala Campsite*  

**Day 15** – *Jaljala to Lamsung (2250m)*  

Trek to Lamsung (6-7 hrs). Overnight in Lamsung.

**Day 16** – *Lamsung to Takam*  

Trek to Takam (6-7 hrs). Overnight in Takam.

**Day 17** – *Takam to Beni to Pokhara*  

**Day 18** – *Free Day in Pokhara*  

**Day 19 ** – *Pokhara to Kathmandu*  

Evening walk and dinner in Thamel.

**Day 20* – *Kathmandu*  

Exploration of Kathmandu’s sights, final day of the trip.

**Day 21** – *Departure*  

Fly to London and return home.
